Xuan Hoa Hotel - NINH BINH

The hotel is located right next to the main attractions, a bus station, and a man-made lake that borders Highway 1. This was my second visit, and I was delighted to stay in a suite with a balcony.

The location was great, right by the centre, Tam Coc and a calm lake that makes the evening REALLY NICE. Seafood restaurant Nha Hang Huong Xua located 2 km away was a nice surprise. The suite we stayed in was cheap with WiFi, fridge, as example. The breakfast choices were savoury.

The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering to show us around the area for a small fee. Our room was clean and cozy, and the proximity to the train station made our travels so convenient.

My wife says that a playground for kids would enhance the family experience.

I liked the cleanliness, the spacious room, the fact that it has a decent and inexpensive restaurant (the city does not seem to have many good restaurants). The owner was very helpful with information and offered us free transport to the busstation.

The fact that most of the time the wifi did not work in the room (the fifth floor). I would have liked to receive a bill at the end. The owner notes the charges in his notebook and shows this account. But when you are a bit in a hurry, it is difficult to check properly.

Fantastic location if you are on the sleeper bus as is the closest hotel to the bus stop by a country mile. Clean rooms, fantastic service :)

Wow! 🌟 loved the comfortable room with full queen size beds. Great service and amazing balcony view of the lake. Only downside was slow room service. Would definitely stay again! .

The room was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable bed. the hotel's location is convenient as it is near interesting local attractions. - There is a man-made lake nearby that borders the North/South "Highway 1". - the hotel is located close to the center of Ninh Binh, making it easily accessible.

The room was affordable and well-equipped with a mini bar, central heating, and a television offering satellite channels. the hotel's location was convenient, close to various tours, a man-made lake along Highway 1, and a bus station.

The friendly staff here coupled with the convenient location near Mua cave make it a great choice, and you can enjoy tea and treats at Nha Hang Huong Xua just a short 2 km away.

Absolutely no complaints here. This place served its purpose perfectly without any issues. I can't stress enough how great it is. 😊 We booked a fantastic superior triple room with a balcony which was a lovely choice. the room came equipped with an electric kettle and refrigerator, which were nice touches.
